VOF and Mr. and Mrs. James G. Harrison III invite partners and landowners to celebrate 50 years of land conservation in the Southeast Region at Coggins Point Farm in Prince George County. Our work has resulted in the protection of approximately 50,000 acres of some of the region’s most cherished natural and cultural resources. Join us for presentations, light refreshments, and informative boat rides on the James River courtesy of the James River Association.

Directions from I-95 / I-295 to Coggins Point Road
Take I-95 or I-295 to VA-10 E toward Hopewell. Approximately 5 miles east of Hopewell, turn left on State Rte 641 (Moody Road). Follow State Rte 641 for approximately 1 mile and turn left onto State Rte 693 (Coggins Point Road).
Directions from VA-5 to Coggins Point Road
Take VA-5 to VA-156 S in Charles City County. Cross the Benjamin Harrison Memorial Bridge and turn left onto VA-10 E. (Note: There may be construction delays on the bridge.) Follow VA-10 E for a little over 2 miles and turn left on State Rte 641 (Moody Road). Follow State Rte 641 for approximately 1 mile and turn left onto State Rte 693 (Coggins Point Road).
Directions from US-460 to Coggins Point Road
Take US-460 W to VA-156 N (approximately 3.5 miles west of Disputanta). Follow VA-156 N roughly 5.7 miles and turn right onto VA-106 N/VA-156 Bypass N. Go about 2 miles and then turn right onto State Rte 641 (Merchants Hope Road). Follow 3.7 miles. Merchants Hope Rd becomes Moody Rd after crossing VA-10. Turn left onto State Rte 693 (Coggins Point Road).
Directions from Coggins Point Road to Event Parking
Take Coggins Point Road until you see the sign where state maintenance ends, and then follow the private road until you pass the sign that says “Coggins Point Farm.” Follow the drive straight through the row of trees and you will see a grassy area for parking next to an old barn. Park there. We will provide a short shuttle service to the main house.
